This policy explains how Just Garnet (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use this website or buy from us.

What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number and company name (if you give one).
Delivery addresses and order details, including what you bought and how you chose to receive it.
Messages and quote requests you send us.
If you create an account: your login email and saved details.
Basic technical information such as your IP address, used to protect the site from abuse.

Payments

Card payments, when available, are processed by Stripe on Stripe's secure payment page. We do not see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To process, arrange and follow up your orders, pickups, deliveries and quotes.
To reply to your enquiries.
To keep business and tax records.
To keep the website secure.

We don't sell your personal information. We only send marketing emails if you have asked to receive them.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the website and business, such as our hosting, database, email and payment providers, and delivery carriers when you choose delivery. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia.

Your cart

Your shopping cart is stored in your own browser so it's still there when you come back. You can clear it at any time.

Access and correction

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by contacting us at arman.shehezada@gmail.com or 0452 121 034.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
