These terms apply when you order from Just Garnet through this website.

Products and prices

All prices are in Australian dollars. The price shown at checkout is the total price for the goods; any delivery charge is quoted separately. We check prices and stock when you place your order. If we make an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before going ahead.

Product descriptions are general information. Images are for illustration. Choosing the right grade for your application, equipment and finish is your responsibility; ask us if you're unsure.

Orders

An order is accepted once we confirm it with you or you complete payment online. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we'll tell you and refund any payment for that item.

Payment

Pickup orders can be paid online by card through Stripe (where available) or in cash when you collect. Delivery orders are not charged until we have sent you the delivery price.

Pickup and delivery

See our shipping and pickup information. Risk in the goods passes to you on pickup or delivery.

Safe use

Abrasive blasting can be hazardous. Use appropriate equipment, ventilation and PPE, follow the Safety Data Sheet and comply with workplace health and safety laws.
